Safety measures required for mechanical equipment
1. The mechanical equipment should have nameplates, various operation instructions, safety and warning instructions, and flat pressing die-cutting machines.
2. The foot control device adopts a foot pedal, which is used for electrical switch control and can automatically reset;
3. The upper and both sides of the pedal should have protective covers, and the pedal should be anti slip;
4. Stamping equipment must have safety protection measures to prevent hands from entering the closed area of the mold. The use unit of the stamping machine should adopt safety measures such as automatic feeding and discharging, installation of safety protection devices, safety molds, and use of special tools for material collection and delivery based on the type of stamping equipment and the shape of the produced product workpiece.
5. The power wiring should be standardized, and the cables of the equipment should not be damaged to prevent aging;
6. The door lock of the distribution box on the stamping equipment should be equipped with a key, and the door opening automatically blocks the power supply of the die-cutting machine;
7. The conversion of single, continuous, foot stamping and other operations should use a conversion switch with key locking;
8. When the stamping equipment is operated with a single stroke, the programmable stamping machine shall not have a continuous stamping stroke;
9. When selecting continuous stroke control, a pre control action link should be set up during the control process;
10. There must be an emergency stop button on the stamping equipment and it should be self-locking;
11. There should be interlocking control between foot control and hand control;
12. For transmission gears, pulleys, flywheels, levers, and other transmission components exposed outside and on top of the body, protective covers should be installed on the machine;
