What to do if the die-cutting machine malfunctions

The position of the flat press die-cutting machine does not match the position of the printed product, and the reasons for this failure are as follows:
There are errors in the manufacturing process of the die-cutting knife plate itself, which cannot absolutely achieve the ideal die-cutting indentation position. The working environment of the stamping machine and printing machine is different, which can cause deformation or stretching of cardboard fibers, and also make the die-cutting machine inaccurate. Efforts should be made to ensure the uniformity of the working environment (i.e. having the same temperature, humidity, etc.) for die-cutting indentation. Currently, there are two main methods for making die cutting plates: manual plate making and laser plate making. Laser plate making has relatively high accuracy, and the design and cutting are completed by computers and machinery, making it suitable for die-cutting of mid to high-end packaging.
The cardboard mouth has different rules. All die-cutting machines themselves generate accuracy errors. To improve the precision of die-cutting indentation programmable stamping machines, we must choose high-precision die-cutting machines. The manual plate making method requires a high level of technical proficiency from the plate maker, and the plate making machine is influenced by various factors such as the plate maker's technical level and experience, making it suitable for medium and short version packaging with low accuracy requirements. Therefore, in order to achieve good die-cutting accuracy, it is necessary to choose to improve the previous generation's plate making method; If there is a large error in the size of the cardboard mouth, it may be due to the small spacing between the rear positioning (also known as secondary positioning) of the die-cutting machine. This can be solved by adjusting the rear positioning beer machine and increasing the spacing between the rear positioning and moving;
⑶ The die-cutting indentation is not aligned with the printing grid. The solution is to recalibrate the die-cutting plate according to product requirements. In addition to aligning the printing and die-cutting indentation grid, it can also be corrected by adjusting the positioning rules on the paper conveying side or front to ensure that the die-cutting indentation is aligned with the printing grid.
